Lack of heating was disappointing!!! A more reliable TV signal could enhance the experience!!! Fresh towels should be provided daily!!! The ceiling height in some rooms could be a problem for taller guests!!!

The units are unique with a taster bed.

A commendable fit for a getaway in Chatteris with good value. Staff were helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed . Make sure to try the food. It's delicious and better than average pub fare.

The room was good sized and compact, had communal bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to the town center picturesque, so many historic sites and centre of town. I had coffee at Ambers Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

The breakfast stood out, cooking to perfection with attention to dietary needs. The building's unique character provided a charming atmosphere in each corner.

The shower water pressure was notably weak, which may inconvenience those looking for a strong stream. One room had a ceiling height that was too low for taller guests, causing discomfort and necessitating a change of rooms.

Had a fantastic time staying here while catching a band nearby. The room was spacious and really comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a fun night. They have a lovely selection of well-cooked food, and the breakfast, while a bit limited, was delicious and satisfying. There was a hiccup with the food orders being delayed, but the overall ambiance and character of the place more than made up for it.

The character of the place was enchanting the staff were cute and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast with well-done eggs replaced swiftly. The quaint room view was a delight.

A charming ambiance with a high four-poster bed. The warm breakfasts with organic fruits were a delight, and the quirky decor gave every corner a unique character. The lack of Wi-Fi caused significant frustration, as I struggled to connect with colleagues. While most staff were friendly, the inconsistency in Wi-Fi availability was concerning and could have been handled with more transparency.

We enjoyed an amazing meal and the breakfast was cooked perfectly. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to our dietary needs. The decor was unique too. There are loads of fun activities around like kayaking and an outdoor tennis court.

Our only downside was that the check-in process took a bit longer due to how busy they were, but it didn't really affect our overall experience.

The Cross Keys Hotel offers an enchanting experience with its charming decor and unique character. Breakfast was a highlight, with a perfectly cooked full English that would. The staff were really nice, ensuring every need was met, and the local ales were a good treat after a long day.
